Project Name: Xinghe Environmental (Thailand) Technology Co., Ltd.

Project Location:
88/8 Moo 9, Khao Hin Son Subdistrict, Phanom Sarakham District, Chachoengsao Province 24120 (Head Office)

Investment Project:
Registered Capital: 200 million THB
Total Investment Value: Approximately 800 million THB

Project Size:
The project covers an area of approximately 67 rai (equivalent to 160.8 acres).
In Phase 1, the company will establish a comprehensive PCB waste utilization and disposal center, with full-scale processing capabilities.

Project Facilities Include:

Temporary hazardous waste storage
Integrated waste utilization systems (including smelting)
Physical and chemical treatment processes
Laboratory support for testing and analysis
Office spaces and other auxiliary production facilities
On-site worker and operations management systems

Target Market:
The project aims to strengthen the industrial supply chain of Thailand’s PCB sector, while promoting green and sustainable development for industrial organizations within the service area.

Project Progress:
The project has completed all preliminary regulatory requirements, including land certification and construction permits.
Phase 1 construction, which includes the main factory building and outdoor infrastructure, has been successfully completed.
Operational acceptance and project commissioning have also been finalized.

Factory Licenses Obtained:

License No. 53: Manufacturing of plastic products
License No. 105: Waste separation or landfill operations for unusable materials classified under Ministry Regulation No. 2, B.E. 2535 (1992), issued under the Factory Act B.E. 2535 (1992)
License No. 106: Production of raw materials or new products using industrial waste or used industrial products through industrial processing methods
